The client results shared across our marketing, proposals, and case studies, including lead volumes, cost per lead figures, and pipeline values, reflect verified data from individual client campaigns run through the ICEX system.
We measure and report on three specific metrics only: number of leads generated, cost per lead, and pipeline value attributed to those leads. We do not measure or guarantee net revenue, profit, or closed sales, as these depend on factors outside our control including your closing ability, pricing, and market conditions. We do not close sales on your behalf. Once a lead is generated and delivered, following up, converting, and closing that lead is the sole responsibility of the client (the business).
Pipeline value figures represent the total potential value of leads generated based on average order values reported by the client, not confirmed revenue.
The $50,000 guarantee is based on verified lead volume and pipeline value generated within 90 days, subject to the following conditions being met: onboarding completed within 7 days, system live within 14 days, Meta ads running for at least 60 consecutive days, the minimum ad spend agreed upon at onboarding with the team maintained throughout the campaign, and all leads followed up within 24 hours. Clients who do not meet these conditions are not eligible.
Individual results vary. Clients who do not complete onboarding on time, do not maintain the agreed minimum ad spend, do not run ads for the required period, or do not follow up with leads promptly will typically see significantly lower results than those reported in our case studies.
